VP Securitization - Origination, Structuring, & Execution

Job description

My client, a Global Bank, are looking to make the hire of an Associate or Vice President level candidate to join their securitisation group. If you have a background in the origination, structuring, & execution of Structured Products (particularly ABS or RMBS) and are looking to join a growing platform, this will be a great opportunity for you!

The Role:
You will be responsible for marketing, structuring and executing Structured Products transactions.

• Will be required to run rating agency models using spreadsheet applications.
• Act as a primary point person in the execution of term ABS transactions ranging from simple tasks for co-manager roles to all-encompassing duties where the bank acts as structuring lead manager.
• Maintain expertise in all aspects of the deal process including deal structuring, collateral analysis, ratings, legal documentation, coordination with syndicate/sales, coordination on internal matters (legal, compliance, KYC, back office, etc.), and support to secondary trading desk as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Develop pitchbooks including idea/content generation.
• Ensure seamless product delivery to our clients across term and warehouse securitizations.
• Must assist in the coordination of the deal team in the smooth running of transactions.

Core requirements/Desirable Qualities:
This is for Vice President level role - candidates must be a suitable level of seniority/possess significant relevant ABS/Structured Credit/Securitisation experience coming preferably from another investment bank.

• Should possess excellent execution and leadership qualities - being required to assist the deal team in all aspects of Securitisation transactions.

Must have a Bachelor's or the equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Business or related business specialty
