Primary School - Behaviour Mentor | North Finchley, Barnet | September 2021

A supportive, inspiring Behaviour Mentor is required in a stunning Primary School in North Finchley, Barnet. This Primary School Behaviour Mentor role will see you supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, working 1:1 to help build their confidence and academic skills.

• Supportive Primary School located in North Finchley, Barnet
• Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, Behavioural and Mental Health Needs across KS1 and KS2
• £18,000 pro rata to term time and paid weekly via PAYE
• Gain valuable experience before your next career steps

As a Primary School Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students who have emotional and behavioural difficulties in KS1 and KS2. You will be working with small groups and intervention 1:1s where specific areas can be targeted and worked upon. In the Primary School Behaviour Mentor role, you will be picking up a series of useful skills and techniques by following a thorough CPD plan adapted for you by the SENDCo team. You will join a friendly and supportive team of experience professionals who are able to offer support and guidance.
