Salary: Scale 4 Point 7 £20,092 Plus LW £1978 pro-rata

Hours: 11.00am to 1.30pm - 12.5hrs per week- Term Time only

The Post:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lunchtime Assistant/Supervisor to join our community.

To work under the direction and instruction of senior staff, to supervise pupils during the lunch time period, in the dining hall, playground and school premises, ensuring the conduct, welfare, safety, physical and mental wellbeing of pupils and maintenance of good order and discipline.

The Person:

We are looking for people who want to contribute to ensuring that children have the best possible lunchtime experience:

• Previous experience in a similar post
• Experience of supervision of other staff
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload, problem solve, manage tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure
• Experience of managing rotas
• GCSE English Language qualification

Experience of compliance and adherence to policies and procedures and codes of practice including awareness of GDPR
