Are you experienced in Land Access Coordination?

Are you looking to work on the largest infrastructure project in Europe?

I am currently working with an SME consultancy who are looking to hire a Land Access Coordinator to consult into a Joint Venture to work on HS2 .
This will be working with land owners to organise temporary land access for the HS2 works.

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000
Location: whilst working on the Joint Venture, you will be based in their London office. This will be hybrid working, half working from home/half in office.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Ability to manage negotiations.
Knowledge of wayleaves.
Land access rights experience, specifically in temporary land access.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong IT skills in basic MS Office.
Prior experience working on infrastructure projects, preferably HS2 or Network Rail.
Prior consultancy experience preferred.

This is an urgent requirement and my client is looking to interview immediately, with the successful person ideally to start in January 2022.
