Sales Operations Coordinator

Your new role
Your role as Sales Operations Coordinator. will play an important role in supporting the wholesale sales team ensuring the supply chain runs smoothly from customer on boarding through to order delivery, invoicing and post sales support. Day to day you will manage your accounts orders and coordinate warehouse operations and shipping to ensure we meet all the customers' requirements. This role requires experience of working in an international business with independent retailers and key accounts.
\u25CF Set up and manage customer records on Shopify, ERP, JOOR and Accounting systems Wholesale Order Management
\u25CF Process orders and dispatch to the warehouse
\u25CF Correctly invoice all orders as per guidelines ensuring all systems are accurate and up to date
\u25CF Manage returns and credit queries and discuss with the Sales Manager on the best method of transaction.
\u25CF Complete and check shipping paperwork where required
\u25CF Coordinate packing requirements to ensure order is packed to customer requirements
\u25CF To be the first point of contact for retailers for all supply chain and order queries.
\u25CF Support administration on the B2B platform
\u25CF Producing regular, easy to read reports for internal and external stakeholders
\u25CF Support the Sales Manager in all account queries and order status Key Account Support
\u25CF Supporting the sales team with accurate and timely on boarding of new Key Accounts
\u25CF Monitor stock levels with key wholesale ecommerce and consignment stock accounts, growing revenue streams through optimising stock availability
\u25CF Complete 'New Product' set up forms with detailed product information, pricing and shipping dates
\u25CF Responsible for reviewing Key Account supplier guidelines\/manuals and liaising with other departments to confirm compliance in relation to order management, delivery and invoicing.
\u25CF Organise samples for key accounts and ensure these meet their selection deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
\u25CF Experience of managing the full sales order process
\u25CF Experience of on boarding new accounts, Key accounts on boarding preferable
\u25CF Strong project management and communication skills.
\u25CF An ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
\u25CF Attention to detail and impeccable organisation skills
\u25CF A flexible approach to work and be able to change gear quickly as events demand.
\u25CF A proven ability to create and maintain great working relationships at all levels of the company.
\u25CF A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and or google suite applications
\u25CF Comfortable learning new systems
\u25CF Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
