Are you a Graduate with a flair for digital sales?

The Tweakments Guide, founded by the journalist Alice Hart-Davis, is a content and e-commerce beauty business focused on aesthetic treatments and skincare and underpinned by education, authenticity and authority. We are a small team and a fast-growing company and are looking for someone with a flair for digital sales, but who is willing to get stuck-in to everything.

The Role

As the Business Development Assistant, you will have particular responsibility for the execution and coordination of sales to aesthetic and skincare brands. The role is fluid and will develop so there is great scope to progress as the business grows. As we are a small business you will need to be willing to get stuck-in to a range of general administrative tasks in all aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and well-organised individual with a good understanding of content businesses and digital sales. The candidate will help to develop and execute all sales campaigns and should have exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

Work with Alice and the rest of the team approaching, selling to and following up with aesthetic practitioners and brands. Products include paid listings and ads on , paid social content and other campaigns
Assist with the production and updating of sales collateral
Plan and manage the sales pipeline and the timings of sales initiatives
Conduct research into new business prospects and manage the logistics of the pitch
Work collaboratively across a number of different areas and supporting ad hoc project requests

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience but the position is open to a highly driven graduate with foundational experience. The candidate must be organised, be able to meet deadlines, show attention to detail the ability to work within a small team.

Experience of one or more of the following would be very helpful:

Proven success within a sales role ideally with a digital focus
A genuine passion for skincare/aesthetic brands or the beauty industry
Competent with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
Experience with Hubspot, Wordpress and Xero are a benefit but not essential
An excellent communicator and relationship builder
Energetic, determined, and proactive

This is a full-time position working 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. It is mostly based in Central London, although we do have some flexibility around working location for the right candidate.
