Job description

Compliance Manager - Total Facilities Management Services

We have the perfect role for you if you are looking for busy and constantly changing environment to challenge your expertise in the world of statutory compliance within the world of Facilities Management industry sector.

You will be part of a dedicated management team in managing the delivery of total FM services to a major public venue that has international status.

In this position you will have the autonomy to oversee, validate and improve the delivery of total FM services across a specific major client with the support of a senior management team.

There is already a highly developed system to manage risk assessments and method statements across the estate and you will be involved in the client liaison, team management, identifying areas of improvement on the contract, directing the FM delivery team, producing management reports and dealing with personnel and specialist sub-contractors.

The Package for the Compliance Manager

This role comes with a salary of up to £55,000 basic plus bonus scheme plus additional training funds if you are working towards professional FM qualifications.

You will be expected to take part in developing client relationships, so this will suit someone who is gregarious with good social skills and a people person.

The Role of the Compliance Manager

You will be joining a very well-established management team on a very specific key client account that has been in the business for many years and is expected to grow even further.

The company provides a total Facilities Management Service to a large portfolio of commercial offices, mixed used events centres and retail environments.

The company delivers a total FM package to its clients which includes M&E, Cleaning, Security, Grounds and Infrastructure.
