Due to the rapid growth of digital and data capabilities within the organisation, an exciting new role has opened for a Data Analyst to join our UK Cities team and as part of the wider Data Team.

This team is responsible for identifying, gathering, and ensuring data quality of both internal and market data. You will identify changes in the market and ensure that the right amount of data is identified, collected, and stored in the right way. You will work with different sectors of the Knight Frank business, as well as the various departments of Knight Frank, to enhance their data capabilities. So, if you can manage stakeholders, work with multiple teams and disciplines, and ensure data is of the highest quality, then this role is for you.

In the Data Analyst role, you will be responsible for:

Working within the UK Cities and Data team to extend and be responsible for the team's data capturing and data quality capabilities
Working on data projects to cleanse, review, and manage the data lifecycle of assets within our proprietary system
Understanding the client, client journey and how to leverage data to support the client needs
Tracking all active asset requirements and availabilities and to keep Knight Frank systems up to date
Working with 3rd party data providers such as Co-Star, Radius, Agents Insight, and other agents ensuring that data is of the right quality
Working in partnership with multiple teams such as the wider Hub data team, research, and UK Cities team
Carrying out monthly and quarterly checks
Attending service line and office business generation sessions to ensure data is being captured

To be successful in the Data Analyst role, you will have the following skills and experience:

A University degree (1st or 2:1) or relevant industry experience
Experience of Real Estate Data and of using Real Estate systems
Strong and demonstrable capability to capture various data sets and to ensure data accuracy with excellent attention to detail
MS Office and Real Estate systems such as Co-Star, Radius, RCA, Property Data and Agents Insight or similar
