If so, a fantastic opportunity as a Graduate Conference Producer producing international business conferences awaits at one of the fastest-growing events companies in London.

With no dress code, a flat management structure with little hierarchy and lots of vision, this twenty year old events company, now part of a global group, has achieved remarkable growth by developing ground-breaking business conferences in markets all over the world.

On a basic salary of 26k, as a Graduate Conference Producer you would research the potential for new conferences and define the agenda, the intellectual content of events and recruit the speakers. You'd also earn profit share, which ought to bring your first year earnings over 30k. The role is not about events logistics;
organising catering or staging etc.

You would be the person defining the topic and framing the content, picking and recruiting the speakers not taste-testing the canaps.

The requirements for a Graduate Conference Producer are any good degree (or equivalent achievement), research ability to unearth potential conference topics, persuasive skills to recruit high-level speakers and ideally experience an entrepreneur, even a junior one, so we know youre business minded and imaginative.

Youll benefit from a training programme designed to develop your full potential, (its better than an MBA said a former employee), international travel to your events and a generous profit-share bonus on top of a 26k starting salary.

1st year profit share c8-12K, with experience 20-25K on top of basic
