Job description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer(Django) - who can join us and help us automate our internal process and build our tech platform. At the moment we are set up as an online accelerator working with startups and growth technology companies helping them to connect with investors.
We are helping entrepreneurs to connect with operational backers from seed to Series B rounds. Our technical international is to build **Tinder for Entrepreneurs and Investors**. This is a global problem that Entrepreneurs around the world have, in terms of fundraising. We are very excited to be able to support millions of companies around the world with successful founders as well as underrepresented founders!

Our commercial model focused on building a portfolio of companies where we have shareholding in , our success is converted into equity in the companies we work with. Our intention is to build a technology platform which will use data and ML to make global valuable connections for Entrepreneurs and Investors . 95% of our competition is focused on cash, we are focused on backing entrepreneurs long term and being their shareholders. As a team member you will also be a shareholder of these companies.

**We have had great success so far and proven the model**
Below you will see examples of the companies we have shareholding in:
1) Music Entertainment System. They plan an IPO next year, giving us a 3-4x return already 100% return, (we helped them in their seed round). Joined A round.
2) Fintech company with 300% growth year on year . Joined in Seed round
3) BTC and Eterium
4) Uber for aviation - CEO had a successful exit in the past . Joined in Seed round.
5) Successful omni channel jewelry business with $100m in revenue.
We are very happy that we have been able to help these companies to grow and create employment.

**Who you are**
You will be a software engineer and you're strong in at least one of the following:
Python for production environments, ideally Django
AWS inc. serverless components, ElasticBeanStalk
JavaScript, React.js or similar
pSQL

Data engineering or pipelines, ETL/ELT
Front-end architecture/development with HTML5, object oriented CSS e.g. Less, Sass
UX understanding/design
AI/NLP
