Your new company
The organisation is a housing association and non-profit organisation in London. They are a developer of new homes, manage existing residential properties, and support people to live well in lasting homes and communities.

Your new role
As a senior member of the HR team you will be responsible for:

* Working with the Head of HR to deliver an exceptional operational service to the Care and Support directorate (circa 1,000 employees)
* Act as point of escalation for HR Advisors to resolve and progress complex people issues
* Provide excellent HR expertise and motivational management to support and develop the HR team
* Oversee HR policy review, development, and roll out

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will have:

* Experience in a senior generalist HR role, working with management at all levels
* Experience managing change i.e TUPE transfers and restructures
* Excellent team management experience
* Ability to coach and train management on all things 'people' including employee relations
