This is a 6 monthinternship as a HR \/ Project management internpaying up to 25,000pro rata.
This greatinvestment firm investin medium-sized businesses in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Its portfolio companies benefit from theirManagement services. In addition to Business Support, they engages Senior Industry Experts and specialist professionals to provide services to portfolio companies as well as ongoing tax, structuring and financing advice, communication, marketing and legal support.
Intern Role Overview:
They are offering a successful candidate the opportunity to work as a HR Intern for 6 months. The role will be based in theirLondon office.
(remote working until further notice due to the Covid 19 government guidelines) This is an ideal opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop the key skills needed to grow within the finance industry.
This role will dedicate time to both general HR administration and Project Governance support for the implementation of a global payrollsolution and for HRIS enhancements\/upgrades.
Working closely with the HR Co-ordinators and Programme Manager, this offers a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of the full employment life cycle whilst enhancing project management skills.
Role Responsibilities
HR Administration
Provide general HR administration support
Generate contracts and changes to terms of employment
Support the onboarding and offboarding administration for employees
Ensure that Payroll is notified of relevant information to enable accurate and timely processing
Respond to Reference requests and general queries in a timely manner
Recruitment
Issue talent assessments to support the decision-making process
Keep recruitment spreadsheets accurate and up to date at each stage
Liaise with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews
Project Management Support
Support the development of the project timelines and activities
Capture actions from various project meetings and monitor progress
Participate in project meetings to report on progress
Produce project documentation including PowerPoint presentations
Coordinate meetings and materials for the project group
Support the risk and issue management of the project
