An exciting new opportunity to join us here at Knight Frank has become available, and we are currently seeking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to join our Business Services department here at our Global HQ at Baker Street, London.

As the Business Services Internal Communications Manager, you will responsibility for the internal communications planning and delivery for Business Services and HR within the UK and across the Knight Frank group. You will be responsible for creating plans and advising on the delivery of various initiatives whilst managing the day-to-day BAU and project communications. This will include articulating and promoting the value and competitive advantage that Business Services provides to Knight Frank employees. So, if you an experienced Internal Communications professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, then this role is for you.

In the Internal Communications Manager role, you will be responsible for:

Providing primary Internal Communications support for Business Services and HR, both in the UK and internationally
Acting as the trusted advisor for the Chief Operating Officer and the Group Head of HR, and to provide leadership support when required
Advising on the best communications approach
Creating and executing communications strategies that connect with the strategic direction of Business Services and that articulate the value that Business Services provides within Knight Frank
Creating engaging plans and activities that bring to life Knight Frank's key HR priorities such as Diversity and Inclusion, and Reward, Recognition and Wellbeing.
Supporting Buinsess Services and HR on communications for significant organisational changes and appointments
Providing leadership support with emails, presentations, content for events and cascades
Providing day to day support including coaching, advisingm and guidance to the senior management team and managers within Business Services and HR
Working closely with the PR team to develop campaigns from conception through to launch
Reviewing the effectiveness of campaigns and actively looking for innovative ways to improve how we deliver communications
Keeping up to date with the latest developments and innovations in Internal Communications

To be successful in the Internal Communications Manager role you will have the following skills and experience:

Strong track-record of managing all aspects of the communications process
Over 5 years' experience as an Internal Communications professional
Proven success developing and executing strategic employee communications across a variety of channels
Experience of implementing new and utilitising existing communication channels
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to build positive relationships with partners across the business
Experience of supporting communications in a Corporate function, experience in the property sector / global business is preferred although not essential
