Salary 32,000pa

Role
Firstly, in this role you will have the responsibility for administering aspects of the teams communication to ensure no unreasonable delay in workflows;
providing an excellent first point of contact to service all external contacts and to assist the companies copy department.
Responsible for the administration and first line support of the whole system, with duties including, but not limited to, the following:
Advise and monitor the implementation of the companys systems to all internal and external users
Give advice and create logins for all system users, whether it be the companys, broadcasters or advertising agencies
Responsible for the training of internal staff as well as advertising agencies on the system
As a Super User, you will also be responsible for training the staff on new releases of the system
Responsible for the logging of bug\/system failures with our system provider.
Provide a monthly report to management for the purposes of determining whether system provider have performed within the SLA
Database management - up to date, with the authority to disable and merge agency data
Attend and contribute to on-going operational meetings with the systems provider
Managing the internal UAT of system releases
Implement and maintain an agency code for identification purposes
Input and distribute weekly\/monthly executive and agency statistics to the company
Delete script and VTR submissions on written instructions from companys users
Providing additional cover for the Ingest Operator and Operations Assistant responsibilities where requested by Operations Manager
Liaise with IT Systems team where required in support of companys core services
Any other reasonable duties as required
You
The ability to build good working relationships, liaising with contacts internally and externally
A technical mind and background who is a whiz on systems and support
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively are essential
Excellent communication skills, requiring diplomacy and maturity
Ability to present ideas and solution in user-friendly language
Able to work alone as well as be an effective team player, using own initiative in a pro-active manner
Ability to effectively prioritise not to mention execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Problem solving as well as being able to think on your feet
Reliable not to mention a consistently high level of work
Demonstrable problem-solving skills as well as an understanding of the effects created by the decision-making process
Essential computer skills
A team player who actively engages with others and wants to get amongst it all
