Your new role
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the recruitment services and HR admin function, the key responsibilities of the role include:

* Oversee the full end-to-end employee lifecycle service, working closely with recruitment managers
* Responsible for the accuracy of recruitment, working with HR Officers, Advisors, and Business Partners to ensure all recruitment members are working to the necessary standards
* Work with HR & OD Business Partners\/HR & OD Management teams to define long-terms recruitment plans
* Organise the workload of the recruitment team, ensuring high-quality recruitment is delivered

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the position you will have:

* Senior recruitment experience within the NHS
* Expert knowledge of NHS recruitment systems - ESR, TRAC, NHS Jobs
* Demonstrable team management experience, leading recruitment teams to deliver an exceptional recruitment service
* Experience having worked on a high volume of recruitment campaigns
* Completed or working towards CIPD level 5
