This not-profit organisation operates within the leisure sector, working to improve the health and wellbeing of it's communities across the UK.

Your new role
Responsible for providing strategic resourcing support to hiring managers across the UK, the Resourcing Partner will:

• Review and re-vamp the organisations entire recruitment process, breathing new life into how they attract and retain quality employees
• Manage the full end-to-end execution of recruitment campaigns
• Create recruitment toolkits including marketing collateral for hiring managers
• Regularly review and report on hiring and vacancy data
• Line management of 1 HR Advisor

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will have:

• Excellent strategic recruitment experience
• Be solutions-driven
• Excellent experience working with and presenting data
• Team management experience
