This organisation is a charity providing support, advice, and information to almost 2 million people across the UK.

Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced Reward and Pensions professional to join their People Directorate and provide them with:

• Management of the reward team, comprising a Reward Officer, Pensions Officer, and Pensions & Benefits Administrator
• Implementation of a contribution related pay framework
• Support with the development and implementation of reward & pension strategies
• Management of annual pay review, benefits portfolio, and complex reward & pension projects

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience leading a reward function - you'll need to hit the ground running!
• Experience managing a team effectively and driving effective delivery of objectives
• Be familiar with, and confident using job evaluation schemes
• Excellent knowledge of pay markets, reward strategy, policy development and salary bench-marking

What you'll get in return
