Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Senior Operations Coordinator specialising in marketing to carry out day-to-day marketing activities across the London City, East & North network. You will report into the Operations Manager(s) in London Residential sales, with day-to-day input from the Marketing Department

Responsibilities

Marketing

Marketing Asset Creation:

Create assets on artwork template system including all local printed and social media material
Provide content for social media carousels
Book and prepare property adverts on artwork template system for in-house & national publications
Create and execute a monthly Dotdigital plan
Generate marketing lists from property database
Complete all relevant office marketing tasks
Monitor and respond to Yext, Trustpilot & Google reviews
Brief Knight Frank's marketing team on bespoke requirements to grow revenue
Create mailers on Addintel based on the business strategy & discretionary spend

Portals:
Action relevant initiatives to maximise listings
Understand RM plus, Zoopla pro and OTM for reporting
Ensure any paid additional marketing products are utilised

Website:
Review testimonials to ensure they are up-to-date
Ensure team profiles and home pages on website are updated with joiners/leavers

Localised marketing activities:

Create mailers, property brochures, window cards and pitching materials
Arrange and upload EPCs, photos and floorplans
Update property listings
Use of internal systems to search and download imagery
Oversee look and feel of office in line with central guidelines
Supply imagery and property information for regional publications and central marketing campaigns
Assist with meeting marketing deadlines
Display knowledge of GDPR regulations
Adherence of KF marketing, PR and social media guidelines

General marketing activities:

Visit offices monthly to provide marketing updates
Regularly update teams on marketing activity
Assist Knight Frank Marketing Executives with training new starters and mentoring current team members
Assist Operations Coordinators in organising local office events
Meet marketing deadlines
Manage any unsubscribe requests in CRM, Addintel and Dotdigital

Professional experience and personal skills profile

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

3 years+ experience in a similar operations, marketing or administration role preferred
Proficient with Microsoft office packages
Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude
Calm under pressure
Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling
Diligent and efficient
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated
Team player
