An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our London Research department.

In the Senior Research Analyst role, you will be responsible for:

Leading internal discussions regarding current and future trends in the London office market
Taking ownership of the timely production of propriety market data aggregates
Providing insightful analysis to internal and external clients
Contributing to building the London Research team brand
Managing the quarterly process of finalising and verifying London office market data aggregates, including designing a data verification system for detecting anomalies in market indicators and working with the London Research Partner to scrutinise and identify emerging trends
Coordinating with City, West End leasing, and Capital Markets teams to have timely production of rent and yields data
Taking ownership of London Research data repositories and using third party software to organise warehousing of proprietary data
Responding to data enquiries in a timely manner whilst providing insightful and accurate analysis
Building and maintaining relationships in London business / Commercial Research teams
Working with the London Research Partner to deliver quarterly London House View and to identify key economic themes, verification of forecasts, and presenting to London business teams
Working with the London Research Partner to deliver quarterly market reports and the annual London Report
Contributing to the production of periodic thought leadership reports
Developing your knowledge base around political, economic, social, environmental, and technological changes that impact the London market

To be successful in the Senior Research Analyst role you will have the following skills and experience:

Around 3 to 5 years' experience of working in Real Estate research
A postgraduate qualification in Real Estate or Economics
Professional qualifications such as IMC or CFA is advantageous
Highly proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong communications skills to include report writing, presentations, and speaking to varied groups
Previous experience of using third party data such as Macrobond
