What you'll be doing?


As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily TA operations and activities to drive talent attraction and sourcing. You will manage and motivate the team to meet our short-term and long-term objectives, as well as continually growing and strengthening the team and its processes for optimal efficiency.


The expectation is that you will develop a first-class TA team that is suitable to take Revolent to the next level as we scale at lighting speed. This is a high-profile role where excellent relationship management, leadership skills and customer service skills are essential.



Duties and Responsibilities



  • Hiring, on-boarding, training and developing Talent Acquisition Consultants

  • Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of the TA team to achieve process excellence

  • Evaluating TA performance and recommending strategies and initiatives for growth

  • Managing and taking accountability for regional daily/weekly/monthly goals and KPIs

  • Build and maintain an upbeat, positive environment that inspires and upholds Revolent's values, motivating the TA team to go beyond

  • Work with HR and support services to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience

  • Build a data-driven recruiting function, including analytics, that provides insight and decision support such as KPIs and reporting tools

  • Leading by example for your team, you will work closely with them to implement new and existing plans and strategies to enhance productivity and smash ambitious recruitment targets

  • Significant experience managing and scaling recruitment teams

  • Track record of success building and motivating TA team to exceed large hiring targets.

  • Experience attracting and hiring a high volume of candidates from entry level to experienced tech hires in a fast-past environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Dynamic, hands-on leader with a track record of developing talent

  • Ambitious nature and willingness to go above and beyond.

  • Confident self-starter with the ability to develop and form relationships at all levels
