Your new company
This organisation are a leading, innovative non-profit supporting women and girls suffering from domestic violence. They offer a range of support services to those experiencing trauma, reaching over 6000 women and children each year.

Your new role
The role will manage the full end-to-end candidate process and experience and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting talent across all areas of the organisation. Further responsibilities include:

* Support management teams with workforce planning on current and future roles
* Develop talent acquisition hiring plans and strategies, ensuring all recruitment decisions are within budget and in-line with the organisations needs
* Lead on headhunting and sourcing of quality, qualified candidates
* Train and coach managers in effective recruitment and selection processes

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will have significant recruitment experience within the public sector, and have:

* In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, as well as employer branding techniques
* Experience with candidates screening and evaluation, as well as conducting interviews
* Excellent direct sourcing experience, utilising social media, job boards, ATS programmes
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practice, and experience developing\/improving recruitment strategies and processes
