What you'll be doing?


As a Talent Acquisition Team Leader your role will be split into two distinct functions. You will lead a team of talent acquisition executives and be responsible for day-to-day management, driving activity, reporting and ensuring your assigned programs are filled with high quality candidates.



You will also be involved in sourcing directly and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of suitable candidates for Revolent's various career tracks. Using a range of resources including professional networking, job boards and social media networking, you will have full ownership of sourcing, vetting and managing candidates through their interview process.



Duties and Responsibilities



  • Leadership and management of TA executives

  • Reporting on team and personal activity

  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle from attraction to offer/ hiring

  • Understand the Revolent model and have the ability to sell this to candidates

  • Adequately inform and prepare candidates for interviews

  • Distribute technical test and carry out telephone/ video interviews

  • Provide interview feedback promptly

  • Ensure a quality candidate experience through-out

  • Liaise with multiple areas of the business including senior stakeholders

  • Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI's

  • Effectively advertise Revolent roles on relevant platforms

  • Proven experience in a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition role

  • Robust communication and organisation skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time efficiently

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with proven multi-tasking experience and the ability to prioritise

  • Commercial awareness and target orientation

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Professionalism, attention to detail and ability to use own initiative

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organisation
