We have an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to play an important role within our growing Water team. Increasing demands for our services have created an opportunity in Croydon/South East to be involved in the delivery of major schemes within the water sector.

We are looking for a committed CAD Specialist to support Project Managers and technical leads on the delivery of projects throughout their life cycle. The candidate should be able to create complex/advanced models using both Civil3D and Revit technologies for segmental construction. Additionally, should be fully conversant with hosting project designs in Common Data Environment.

Candidates should be highly experienced in the following:

* Lead project BIM teams in Manager role

* Automated analysis of vertical clearances to structures to meets design changes

* Creation of parametric modelled objects and families through adding greater levels of intelligence

* Developing smart methodologies for data exchange between design platforms

* Implementing Revit to produce automated RC detailing and scheduling

* Integrated Civil design for Highways and drainage, plus auto scheduling of drainage systems

* Automated volume and cost extraction

* Automated cut and fill balance scheduling

* Data tagging to assets

* Automated generation of longitudinal and cross section profiles

* Automated generation of pier schedules, bearing schedules and segment designation

* Knowledge of Omniclass Construction Classification System

* Knowledge of Navisworks for disciplinary reviews and clash detection

* ProjectWise and Civil 3D integration.

* Generation of automatic process with the use of VB.Net.

Experience of delivering projects for Water company clients is highly desirable
