Job description

Your new company
This consultancy has been established for over 5 decades and operate across multiple offices within the UK. They partner with the public sector within social housing, education, central and local government as well as within the private sector. Projects range from new build, refurbishment, and maintenance programmes.

Over the course of the first lockdown, they tendered for numerous projects and successfully won the vast majority of them, which means they have pipeline of work that leads them into the latter stages of 2022. They continued to tender for more work after lockdown and have recently secured more projects and still have some in final stages of tender which have long term commitments on them because there is a lot of new build projects coming in. Essentially, they're in a strong position even if another full lockdown occurred because work would be in pre-construction stages and no need to be on site.

Flexible working arrangements are also promoted within the business, working from home, and working from other offices are all encouraged, as long as the work is done. Especially in the current climate where social distancing can be difficult to maintain an office environment.

What you'll need to succeed
