Your new company
Our client is a national children's charity with homes across the country. They provide a service to help create a good future for young people in care.

Your new role
Your role will be to support young people aged 11 - 16 at their home in West London. Some of these young people are at particular risk of child sexual exploitation and other community threats.

Approx shift time from 10pm - 9am, 7 days per fortnight. This will include weekends and bank holidays

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous support work experience, ideally working with young people with behavioural\/emotional issues. You must also hold, or have a willingness and ability to achieve level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years.

What you'll get in return
\u00A322,630 per annum, rising to \u00A323,582 upon successful completion of probationary period and mandatory training
