H&S Manager
An exciting position has become available for a full-time H&S Manager based at Mattison Scaffolding in Enfield, North London. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary.
Role Requirements
The candidate should have experience in scaffolding H&S, including;
* A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant H&S guidelines, including asbestos related works and all current regulations.
* Possessing problem-solving skills and commercially aware.
* A NEBOSH Qualification.
* Being self-motivated and with a high level of professionalism.
* Having excellent communication skills and an ability to work with people at all levels.
* Being PC literate with an understanding of technical drawings.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain existing company H&S procedures.
* Overseeing all H&S processes within the organisation.
* Oversee accreditations, legal procedures and ensure quality standards.
* Assist divisions & departments and ensuring safe practices at all time. Monitor and record H&S compliance, action plans and reports from regular site visits.
* Assist with compiling and reviewing method statements and risk assessments.
* Implement new H&S procedures as required, and increase H&S awareness at all levels.
