Job description

Involving in Sales;

* Accountable for Key Account&Wholesales specific segment revenue targets as pertaining to the budget plan.

* To develop Annual Sales Plan in conjunction with the General Manager/Line Managers to achieve the profit plan.

* Identify and act upon new sales opportunities for the development of additional customers in order to increase revenues.

* To capture a greater market share and increase revenues in conjunction with all sales resources.

* To measure existing and potential business in revenue and gross operating profit in accordance with the market segmentation.

* To be responsible for the communication of competitor information and market share analysis.

* To plan local sales promotions for relevant market segments, in order to maximise revenues and maintain competitiveness.

* To undertake all networking activity for existing and prospect accounts where requested.

* Responsible for the development and implementation of the Key Account&Wholesales sales plan, to encompass direct sales calls, telesales, research, appointment making and taking part in promotional campaigns, client familiarisation visits and contract negotiation.

* Drive and co-ordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at Key Account&Wholesales level, national and international level.

* To ensure all sales activities undertaken are in line with agreed expense budget.

* To agree annual personal business objectives for each direct report and to set and review monthly objectives (Local, National and International accounts)

* Investigate new areas of business in terms of market development into new territories and market segments to quantifiable targets.

* To carry out market penetration strategies with existing accounts to develop and improve upon them to a measured quantifiable target.

* To participate in forecasting the Key Account&Wholesales business mix, revenues and control mechanisms, including the annual budget and sales plan compilation.

* To react to integrate promotional campaigns such as direct mail and advertising and to seek out prospective and susceptive clients for the Key Account&Wholesales.

* To maintain team communication through regular contact and team meetings.

* To identify cross selling opportunities for the group and ensure the necessary follow-up.

* To review and monitor Key Account&Wholesales pricing positioning on GDS and other internet distribution channels.

* To liaise with all departments as necessary to maximise revenue and communicate any sales related information.

Skills;

* Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position.

* Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.

* Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.

* Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance

* Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

* BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
