ASC Teaching Assistant - Secondary School, Hackney Central

A compassionate, confident Psychology Graduate is required to help A few pupils who have been diagnosed with ASC in a stunning Secondary School within Hackney Central. This Autism (ASC) Teaching Assistant role will require you to support pupils in their development and learning, working closely with pupils with ASC that will require additional support. The sole aim is to provide additional support and sessions both in and outside of the classroom, to help boost these pupils' capability, independence, and confidence to help them achieve the highest possible results, and to develop social skills.

ASC Teaching Assistant - The role:

• Secondary School ASC Teaching Assistant role
• One-Year ASC Teaching Assistant role starting September 2021
• £70 per day - Paid Weekly via PAYE
• Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-4pm
• Liaising with the Assistant Headteacher, SENCO, SEN Manager and Teachers regarding the requirements of pupils and to develop and implement strategies
• Regular in-house and external high-quality training to enhance your professional development
