# About us

Vauban is making it easy to become a Venture Capitalist by providing the backend infrastructure needed to create SPVs or Venture Capital Funds.

Whether you want to raise capital on a deal-by-deal basis (through a syndicate) or through a fund, our platform lets you fundraise from investors to back startups in a few clicks.

You focus on finding great start-ups to invest in, we sort out the rest.

We have been trusted by angel investors and large venture capital firms alike to create over 400 funds & SPVs to date, holding over $800m in capital.

We have helped investors own stakes in companies such as Airbnb, SpaceX, Tide and many more.

We are not stopping there - we are growing 200%+ year-on-year and our ambitious plans include becoming the biggest investment platform in the world by bringing together great companies and private investors in a single ecosystem.

# The challenges you'll tackle

• Be the second member of our Talent team joining our Talent Manager to implement an effective talent sourcing strategy via various sourcing channels
• Promote our Employer Brand across various platforms
• Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company's future hiring needs, managing the flow of candidates through the pipeline for multiple roles
• Keep our ATS up to date and ensure our recruitment process is optimised, effective and consistent for all roles.
• Ad-hoc tasks to help our rapidly growing team, for example managing employee wellness initiatives, social events and supporting the onboarding of new employees.

# The impact you'll have

People are the most important assets we have in the business. You will play a critical role in the continuous candidate sourcing activities that help fuel our rapid growth. This role involves working closely with the Talent Manager, within the Operations team.

# Who you are

• 6+ months experience as a Talent Sourcer, either within an agency or start-up setting. Ideally including exposure to high-technology industries.
• Bachelors degree in HRM, Psychology, Business or similar
• Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing, recruitment techniques, sourcing tools and HR systems (including an ATS)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organisational skills and a positive attitude :-)
• Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
