The Role:

We are looking for a Team Leaders to join us at Overbury Court, Ashley Court and Century Court to provide day-to-day organisational input, within the framework of supervision by the Scheme Manager, to a team of Care Workers providing services based within a Housing with Care setting.

Housing with Care schemes provide housing that is primarily designed for people aged 55 plus who have both housing, support and care needs. Our aim is to provide a comfortable home with the help people need to stay as independent as possible. There are 14 Housing with Care schemes, where some specialise in helping people with needs relating to learning disabilities, severe memory problems or those with brain injury.

This is an excellent opportunity to build and maintain positive and respectful relationships with service users, families, staff, colleagues and representatives of other organisations.

You will ensure good quality person centred care is provided and that the services provided are acceptable to service users, meet quality standards within the resources available, meet legislative requirements and achieve best professional practice.

You will provide operational direction and day-to-day management support to care staff, support the manager in ensuring that care provided is of an appropriate quality, undertake check-ins with staff and support the scheme manager in completing all required records in accordance with the requirements of CQC and the organisation.

Proven experience of staff supervision is required, combined with experience of creating and managing rotas. You will have experience of working in services providing care support services to adults in settings that are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and understand how to apply these regulations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Applicants must be available and willing to work across seven days a week on a rota basis.

Please note, an enhanced DBS check is required.
