An 'Outstanding' Secondary School in the heart of Hammersmith & Fulham are looking to appoint a Biology Teacher / Biology NQT for a January 2022 start. The Science Head of Department has stated that he is keen to provide experienced Biology Teachers with additional TLR in the future. They have also opened this opportunity up to Newly Qualified Biology Teachers as well.

JOB DESCRIPTION - BIOLOGY TEACHER / BIOLOGY NQT

· Experienced & Newly Qualified Biology Teachers welcome to apply!

· Teaching Science to KS3,4 & 5 - KS5 is optional

· Proven successful NQT induction: 1:1 SLT & HOD Mentor, In & Out of house training & termly Lesson Observations

· Variety of TLRs available in the future: KS3,4&5 Coordinator or 2IC

· Delivering engaging and inspiring Science lessons

· Inner London

· January 2022 Start - Full-Time - Permanent Position

· MPS1-UPS3 - £32,571 - £50,571

· Located in the Borough of Hammesmith & Fulham

PERSON SPECIFICATION - BIOLOGY TEACHER / BIOLOGY NQT

· MUST HOLD UK QTS - Or be in the process of obtaining

· Strong understanding of the Science curriculum is required

· Must be willing to work effectively within a growing School and Department

· You must be looking to develop as a Science Practitioner

· Strong academics required: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
