IT Services Manager

Permanent, Full-Time, 40hrs a week

Salary £38k to £40 p.a, depending on experience

Required from February 2022

St Paul's Girls' School is seeking an enthusiastic IT Services Manager to coordinate and oversee the 'user focused' delivery of expert 1 st and 2 nd line technical support to ensure the school continues to deliver a demanding, pastoral and co-curricular provision.

The school has embarked on a 1:1 device policy for students and staff and fully embraces the use of cloud-based platforms including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.

The post-holder will ensure all areas of the school are well supported in the use of a wide variety of IT/AV technology for teaching and learning and events.

The post-holder will work across all areas of the school to develop close working relationships with IT stakeholders, Heads of Departments and senior members of the school to ensure the provision of support and equipment continually meets and exceeds expectations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent team communication skills, attention to detail, methodical problem-solving techniques, effective team leadership and should be thrive in a time critical environment.
