Role Description

As our new Operations Manager you'll be wearing several hats, so no two days are the same! Working directly with the founder and Performance Director you'll be responsible for business processes ensuring the company's growth.

In this role, you'll be the glue that connects what we do for clients and how we work internally. You will be crucial to business strategy and success by taking over current business responsibilities and processes, enabling other team members to focus on their targets and implement necessary changes around operational management.

Overview

We are searching for a talented and focused Operations Manager to lead the business through its expansion phase.
You will work closely with the founders, serving as the lead of corporate operations and be deeply involved with shaping the corporate strategy.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity to play a lead role in expanding a dynamic, socially responsible start-up with immense growth potential.

Role & Responsibilities

Ownership of UKTG administrative tasks.
Ensure the team follows an Agile framework for getting things done and documenting what is being worked, and following processes correctly.
Create systems to ensure all content deliverables are met on time, that all ideas are being executed.
Responsible for Client Success, ensuring clients receive exceptional customer service including regular content updates via email.
Create checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all processes to allow for frictionless working, collaboration and future handovers.
Ownership of our internal Slack,Notion and Google Drive workspaces, ensuring they're organised and up-to-date.
Supporting ad-hoc projects across the business.
Assess, streamline and develop the paths to achieve operational goals and targets.

About You

Ambitious and highly motivated with a self-starter attitude!
Dynamic, focused, direct and driven
Demonstrable experience in a business operations role.
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of Social Media and/ or Marketing and Media is a bonus!

Desired

Experience of working in a tech startup
Experience of digital marketing and digital products
Experience of using task management softwares eg. Notion, Asana, Slack etc.
Canva experience
