*Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Team Teach Qualification - Hounslow - ASAP Start *

A 'Good' Primary School in the Borough of Hounslow are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant. The role of Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant is full time, and long term, with an ASAP start.

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant you will be working with children with severe emotional and behavioural difficulties. This includes children who have been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or who have behavioural difficulties.

In your role as Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting the children academically in the classroom, and also socially in the playground, providing them with 1:1 support and guidance throughout the day.

Regular training opportunities, including a Team Teach qualification, will be offered to support your professional development as a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant.

· Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

· Working with children in Primary School

· Supporting SEN children with a range of Emotional Behavioural Difficulties

· Providing support in the classroom and also outdoor provision

· ASAP Start

· Long Term & Full Time

· Working hours 8:30am - 4:00pm, Term Time Only

· £75 - £90 per day + healthcare package

· Located in London Borough of Hounslow

*PERSON SPECIFICATION - Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant *

· Degree from a reputable University preferred

* Previous experience supporting children with behavioural issues is ideal

· Good understanding of SEN is required

* Adaptable, resilient, calm and patient

· You MUST be able to commit until at least July 2022
