Job description

*URGENT RECEPTIONIST NEEDED*

A tier 1 construction company is looking for a receptionist to represent their front of house in one of their main offices regionally.

This role is based in Chiswick and is on a temporary basis up until the new year. This role will provide you with the experience to grow and develop within a role.

This is an URGENT position to start on Thursday 02 December.

Receptionist experience is necessary and construction experience is ideal.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm

Friday 8am-12pm

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests
Dealing with incoming phone calls
Making teas and coffees
Managing sign in book
Managing a switchboard
Liaising with managers
Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills
Happy to commute via public transport as parking can be an issue
Spanish language skill ideal but not required
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
Experience in the Construction Industry
