Recruitment Administrator

40 Hours flexible

Recruitment Administrator Requirements:

As a Recruitment Administrator you will be providing a professional admin service, under the direction of the Manager ensuring that targets are met and company standards are achieved.

Ensure that the location has an ongoing supply of talented candidates waiting to join our team
Carry out initial interviews and schedule further interviews with our operations team
Complete all administration for a new employee
Support the operations team by reviewing our new employee progress
Post suitable adverts in on external sources
Screen CVs from all sources
Conduct telephone interviews with selected candidate
Arrange interviews where needed
Conduct Face to Face interviews with shortlisted candidates
Send Candidate's CV, interview notes and document copies to hiring manager
Prepare all screened candidates for hiring manager/client interviews
Handle incoming Telephone calls to the office

What we'd like from our Recruitment Administrator:

Administration experience would be ideal but not essential
Able to work in a fast paced always changing environment
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise with excellent organisational skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise stakeholders
A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business
