Job description

Are you a Recruitment Assistant looking for work? Great remote role with immediate start, \u00A316 - \u00A318 per hour.

You will be working for a fast-growing business, they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

* Manage 10-15 roles
* Multi-media candidate generation
* Managing the selection process including screening, interviewing both via telephone and face to face
* Develop and maintain job descriptions and adverts to support the recruitment process
* Working with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensuring the optimal candidate experience through the hiring process
* Provide advice and support to employees on new starter processes
* Coordinate and manage all paperwork for new employees including that the correct paperwork has been returned and is recorded and the Company is compliant with recruitment\/legislative requirements

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 1-2 years recruitment experience and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be immediately available.
