What are we looking for?

Otis is currently recruiting for a Modernisation Sales Manager. The role will entail responsibility for growth in modernisation, with a complimentary focus on specific recapture and retention targets that are aligned with operational capabilities and the strategic vision. The role will focus specifically on modernisation sales and sales management, with a remit to grow Otis share of segment in the London and South East markets.

As a Modernisation Sales Manager, you will:

* Develop and implement a rolling sales plan ensuring the sales team has clear objectives & targets.

* Identify and develop robust key account and proactive visit plans for key strategic customers and consultants within the region. Ensure that these focus on the current on portfolio opportunities.

* Manage the bid planning and proposition process.

* Attract, recruit and retain sales talent in line with the business recruitment best practice.

* Ensure that new recruits are properly on boarded, assigning mentors where required, ensuring compliance to the business induction process.

* Provide on-going sales training and in-field coaching, including CRM core activities and formal sales training requirements as required.

* Complete and maintain performance feedback for each sales person in line with company process and within the required timeframe.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have good level of education with a degree desirable.

* Have Some experience / knowledge within the lift industry is essential - of contractors, new equipment, service or modernisation

* Possess Experience of working in a fast paced operational environment within a customer focused service organisation is essential.

* Demonstrate poven experience of managing sales and/or operational teams

* Be a proficient user of Microsoft Suite including Dynamics CRM

* Possess experience in developing and implementing high level sales strategy.

* Have a full UK driving license essential
