Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is Level 3 or degree equivalent.
The role
Smart Teachers are recruiting for a part-time (3-4 days per week)
SEN Teaching Assistant
Working with a Year 2 pupil, who requires 1:1 support due to being diagnosed with ASD.
There will be no personal care required and the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will only need to focus on the one pupil during lesson time and playtimes. T
Required to support the pupil during their 1:1 Speech therapy sessions, once per week.
This would be a fabulous opportunity for a Psychology graduate who wishes to pursue a career in Educational Psychology or an individual who wishes to pursue a career in Education.

Requirements
To be considered for the Year 2 SEN Part Time Teaching Assistant position, you must:
Level 3 or degree equivalent qualification
Have recent experience supporting KS1, ideally Year 2
Have experience with SEN, ideally ASD
Have recent or past experience working in Primary
Eligibility to work in the UK (must have a valid visa)
