About the Service
You will be working closely with the Executive Team and Board of Trustees, the Executive Team comprises of the CEO, COO, Director of Business Development, Director of Services.
About the Role
Busy but rewarding environment, you will be attending several meetings with or Senior Management Team where you will be responsible for taking accurate minutes and distributing accordingly. The role entails someone who has previous experience at working at Board level and can co-ordinate several diaries. Dealing with some sensitive information where it will require confidentiality.
This role will require some late evenings and occasional weekends, it will require someone to agile work and be able to juggle priorities.
About You
You will need to be organised, have excellent IT skills, and be a clear communicator both verbal and written. Be a team player and be prepared to be instrumental in supporting the Executive team and Board in moving our Charity forward, alongside our Staff, Service Users and Partners.
You will be handling sensitive information which will require you to be GDPR compliant.
