We are actively looking to recruit bright, hardworking and emotionally intelligent graduates to join the Aspiring Teacher Programme (ATP) as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start. There is an opening for an aspiring Nursery Teacher to join the ATP and train as a fully qualified teacher DEBT FREE!

If successful, you will secure one of the highly sought-after places on Stage 1 of the course, honing your skills as a graduate teaching assistant; receiving first class training and development over the course of the academic year.

You will be nurtured under the watchful eye of a dedicated mentor, preparing for Stage 2; your Teacher training - in September 2022!!

ATP is a unique and very appealing opportunity, if you are an aspiring EYFS Teacher - it is a FULLY FUNDED Teacher Training course, designed to best prepare you for your future career, without the burden of even more student DEBT!

ATP applicants required:

• Graduates ONLY - ideally 1 st class or 2:1 classification
• Confident in your academic knowledge - especially MATHS & ENGLISH
• Genuinely invested in to becoming a EYFS Teacher
• Ability to use your initiative & common sense
• Positive, hard working & emotionally intelligent individual
• Passionate about education, teaching and learning
• Versatile - able to support children with a range of needs
• Previous child related experience an advantage

Your ATP Journey:

• STAGE 1 - ASAP Start - Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Term Time - paid £75 per day
• STAGE 2 - Teacher Training - September 2022 - earn a £21K - £29K Salary + £9K Tuition PAID
• STAGE 3 - NQT Induction - MPS1 Inner London Salary (£32K+)

Stage 1 is very much your development phase, in place to help develop your understanding of the classroom dynamics, pupil behaviour, child learning and build your confidence, ahead of your formal teacher training (Stage 2).
