Our client, a successful architectural practice, with over 50 years of history, and a number of offices across the UK are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding London office. They have a determination to provide a first-class service, which has generated client relationships across both the private and public sectors.

Our client is currently going through planned expansion, including new appointments within London. The London team have recently moved to new office space in Shoreditch, and under the direction of their ambitious and forward-thinking leadership, the studio consequently has an extremely busy pipeline of work. Architects at various levels are encouraged to apply, and the successful candidate would benefit from the opportunity to develop their experience and role within the growing team. You will be working as part of a small team, in a job running / production information capacity, on a range of projects in different sectors. For this particular role you will be working on a range of commercial and healthcare projects.

Project Architect Position Overview

You will have the ability to deal with multiple projects at varying stages
Work within the Commercial as well as Education and Healthcare developments
Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
Work across all RIBA stages
Lead design teams
Prepare tender applications and presentations
Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
Liaise with clients and develop key relationships

Project Architect Position Requirements

Have a minimum of three years project running experience
Highly experienced on delivery of scheme designs
Good Revit skills and a good understanding of BIM
Proven experience on submitting projects for planning
Demonstrate a range of work on varying project sectors
Experienced in running projects and follow through design work through to the technical delivery of projects
Good knowledge of construction techniques

Project Architect Position Remuneration

Competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 DOE)
Profit related bonus

34 days holiday pa pro rata
