ABOUT THE ROLE

The Food & Beverage Runner will play a key role in ensuring residents' get a superior dining experience. The primary duty includes delivering food orders from the kitchen to residents' tables, acting as the point of contact between staff at the front of the house (FOH) and back of the house (BOH) and setting up tables. The Food & Beverage Runner will ensure an efficient and smooth operation. When the F&B Runner deliver the food, they will also check to see if the residents have everything they need or can serve any additional food items.

Strong guest engagement skills to develop meaningful and lasting relationships with the Residents and their Guests
Able to carry trays with confidence, speed and in an elegant manner
Be able to reload stations with cutlery, plates and any items needed for the service
Have an understanding of the menu, food allergies, mise en place and accompaniments, as specified within the food specifications and SOP's
Performing all job duties while complying to all Health and Safety practices
To comply with COVID-19 measures for the safety of our residents and colleagues

EXPERIENCE

No past experience in hospitality is needed but experience in same or similar experience in restaurants in the luxury hospitality arena would be beneficial
Written and verbal proficiency in English
Drive and positive energy
Building working relationships
