Based in our extremely successful South Kensington office, the Residential Lettings team are currently looking to recruit a Head of South Kensington Lettings to run the Lettings department. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the profitable management of the Partnership's interests by ensuring maintenance of high professional standards at all times. You will be alert to business opportunities, and build relationships with other Knight Frank departments to encourage cross referral of business. You will manage target canvassing of key landlords and properties, and build and maintain client relationships. Other duties will include managing lettings administration; implementing a strategic business plan for your office; carry out monthly analysis; set objectives and targets for fee earners and managing performances.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar managerial role and will ideally have experience of working in the Prime Central London market. You will have obtained NFOPP Technical and / or Diploma or ARLA 1 & 2 Qualified and will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills. You must be familiar with the South Kensington area, be aware of prospective business opportunities and be capable of continuing to grow and develop an extremely successful team and office. You will be an organised manager who can guide and motivate the driven team and continue to help them grow their knowledge and career.
