The Role
You will teach First Aid courses at different levels, deliver underpinning knowledge & skills according to awarding organisation and LSEC standards, support learners and prepare them real life first aid situations and undertake training and assessments. You must ensure that appropriate documentation is completed, helping to develop new training materials and resources and able to work individually or in a team.
Skills and Experience
You must have a recognised teaching and assessing qualification such as the Award in Education and Training and First Aid at Work Certificate that allows to you teach First Aid to others. In addition, you will have experience in delivering First Aid Qualifications and have the ability to articulate clearly and be understood in teaching and making presentations to class groups. You will be a team player with good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, students and external bodies. Efficient administration and record keeping skills is essential.
This role is a casual contract and therefore we can offer varied hours.
