Role Description

Over the last year, we have grown from 55 to 95 people, and we have no plans to stop now! We are looking for a seasoned recruiter to help us grow our business to over 200 people in the next 2 years. You'd be at the heart of our hiring, working with all our R&D and commercial teams to bring on not only the best & brightest, but people who will dive headfirst into our great culture.

The role

We're a market leading tech company that provides data on the fastest growing companies in the UK (think Monzo and Babylon!). Our Operations team sits at the heart of our business, keeping the cogs turning & constantly making everything bigger and better. As we go through the next stage in our growth (+), we need help finding the best people as quickly as we can.

We currently rely quite heavily on recruitment agencies and we are now looking to locate & attract the best talent in both London & Nottingham ourselves. It'll be up to you to build our networks, headhunt, and bring on-board the cream of the crop. This will mean a ton of responsibility, working in a high-paced but supportive environment, and - most importantly - the chance to see your hires grow, develop, and drive the company forward.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Consulting: really getting to know & working with all the teams (& their hiring managers) across the business to understand what they need and support their growth
Sourcing: finding & attracting the best candidates through building out our networks, running recruitment events, and doing direct headhunting
Screening: chatting to heaps of potential candidates, spotting talent & potential, and filtering out those that don't quite make the cut
Guiding: hand-holding candidates through our recruitment process, answering any queries as they arise, and ultimately helping hiring managers to close
Process improvement: working with the rest of the People team to help us drive improvements to our current internal hiring process

About you

There's by no means a 'one size fits all' with this - you'll preferably have anywhere between 1 and 10 years' experience in recruitment (agency and/or in-house) searching for and screening candidates.
