An experienced lecturer is required to teach learners Engineering. The suitable candidate will provide an excellent learning experience to ensure the individual learner gains the appropriate skills in readiness for employment. The candidate should be able to effectively plan and deliver learning programmes and assessments using a range of learning methods and activities.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification (ideally Level 5 or above), as well as an Engineering Degree or equivalent professional qualification. To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to foster co-operative working relationships, excellent communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
