The National Marketing Officer will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of the overall marketing strategy. The role holder will be responsible for supporting key marketing areas and the new WEA brand - committed to elevating the charitys awareness in a competitive environment, and working closely with regional colleagues and the business development team to support successful delivery of the WEAs KPIs.

The office location of this role is London based however we do have local flexible working arrangements with an in office and at home working balance following our new norm post Covid working.

The salary is inclusive of £4,250.69 London Weighting.

1. To support the marketing manager to develop and deliver the brand/marketing strategy;
2. To support the national delivery of marketing campaigns, brand assets, print collateral, product copywriting/SEO, and partnership marketing activity/B2B;
3. To act as a quality brand ambassador;
4. With the marketing manager - review and report on key metrics relating marketing performance - taking a test and learn approach to improvements;
5. Keep up to date with topical issues and best practice in marketing and communications to support both your growth and the innovations and ideas of the team.
