The Role
You will provide general administrative support to the estate function and PA support to the Director of Estates. You will provide an outstanding customer service, including supporting the function of the service desk operation and providing comprehensive support for the Estates department across the Group. This includes procuring goods and supplies, organising activities/functions, maintaining budgetary and other records, leading specific projects or workstreams and assisting with contract and general administration.
Skills and Experience
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment coupled with excellent administration skills. You be proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Outlook with sound key board skills. You will have the ability multi task and meet conflicting deadlines.
You will work co-operatively and productively with other team members and have a commitment to improving quality, efficiency, best value and best practice user-friendly service. You work in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy and other health and safety procedures. It is desirable that you have experience of procuring goods and services and dealing with contractors and supply chains.
Relevant training will be provided for the right candidate on Estates and Health and Safety procedures.
