Brand new role in once of the most recognisable asset managers in the world. Central London based up to \u00A3110k.

AML Operations Manager This highly reputable global asset manager is building out a standalone 1st line function, in a bid to separate it from the generalist compliance function.

You will be part of a prestigious asset manager in Central London, that has a glowing reputation and an established compliance framework whilst it goes through a period of change to ensure standards are consistent across EMEA and APAC.

As well as the management of day-to-day financial crime prevention operations, responsibilities Include:

* the establishment of the AML Ops team
* the establishment of a new financial crime risk assessment process for Distributors and Intermediaries.
* undertaking due diligence and risk assessment activity for clients and other third parties
* the application of the firms' anti-money laundering policy to operational transfer agency processes which will include oversight of outsourced functions to third party administrators

Essential Skillset

* You must have managed large KYC teams in previous roles
* Must have experience of implementing and managing policy and processes
